Two truths coexist in modern healthcare: Your physicians have your best interests at heart, yet many are constrained by their institution's capabilities or may be unaware of the latest FDA-cleared options. This is where Epione steps in.
We offer two prostate care programs: Advanced Surveillance, for patients with a negative or borderline biopsy who need ongoing monitoring, and Elevated PSA, For individuals with heightened PSA levels or family history concerns. In both programs, we act as the patient's advocate, working closely with primary care physicians and specialists. Our goal is to ensure all options are considered, particularly before resorting to invasive procedures involving long needles or surgery.
Program I: Advanced Surveillance
Advanced Surveillance is designed for men who have undergone a prostate biopsy without a cancer diagnosis but remain concerned about potential false negatives, worrisome lesions, or simply desire state-of-the-art monitoring. This program digitizes existing biopsy samples and applies advanced AI analysis. It then coordinates ongoing care through regular PSA screenings and periodic MRI-AI assessments. This entirely non-invasive approach aims to detect concerning changes early, providing peace of mind and proactive health management.
Program II: Elevated PSA
Our Elevated PSA program addresses concerns related to high PSA levels or family history of prostate cancer. Working collaboratively with a patient's existing clinicians, the program typically begins with a non-invasive, AI-analyzed MRI of the prostate. This initial step often alleviates many worries, as elevated PSA levels don't strongly correlate with prostate cancer. In less frequent cases where concerns persist, we support patients and their clinicians in accessing the latest assessment techniques, including AI-assisted biopsy analysis and genetic testing.
